Ripoff: glad I'm not the only one

I'm so glad I'm not alone. I called Aurora Loan Service over five times to get rid of a late fee that was an error on their part. I spoke to customer reps, supervisor, and director, and they didn't seem to care. I told them that they had the worst customer service, and they thanked me. They blamed me for everything, and interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I was debating to call them one last time just to clear things up, but every time I do it puts me in a horrible mood. I have to tell them to stop yelling at me when I'm not even talking loudly. They do nothing but degrade me. I would love to see this company go down and stop cheating honest people from their hard-earned money. If anyone is gathering up for a class lawsuit, please keep me posted. I am definitely interested and would not let this go.
