Citibank
Waited for 1 hour and couldn't open an account - Secured Credit Card

My husband and I went to Citibank to get a 'Secured Credit Card' under my name. The lady, who greeted us, had us waited for almost 30 minutes. Another representative came and let another couple cut the line without even asking who came first. Finally, the same lady has taken us to her room. Firstly; she couldn't figure out what to do with my maiden name on my passport and my marriage name on my SS card even I had my marriage certificate with me; she called 2 people to ask what name to put on my card which I've already told. Then she made another call to ask someone else what form to fill out. After all these what I could't stand anymore that was her attitude; the way she talks to me while she was chewing her gum! What kind of professionalism is this?! We were there from 09:20 am to 10:13 am and I left there without getting a card!
