Waited almost 30 minutes and left without secured credit card

My husband and I went to Citibank to get a "Secured Credit Card" under my name. The lady who greeted us made us wait for almost 30 minutes. Another representative came and let another couple cut the line without even asking who came first.

Finally, the same lady took us to her room. First, she couldn't figure out what to do with my maiden name on my passport and my married name on my SS card, even though I had my marriage certificate with me. She called 2 people to ask what name to put on my card, which I had already told her. Then she made another call to ask someone else what form to fill out.

After all this, what I couldn't stand anymore was her attitude and the way she talked to me while she was chewing her gum! What kind of professionalism is this?! We were there from 09:20 am to 10:13 am, and I left without getting a card!
