They have the worst costumer service I've ever experienced! I have been dealing with them to get my money for almost 2 months now and still have no sign of it! Every time I call, which is literally 2 times a week, they tell me they can't do anything and basically that I'm screwed but they will send it to their IT department. It's been there 6 times now and still no issue and all they can do is send it there. I WILL NEVER BANK OR USE CITI EVER AGAIN!!! If I could give a worse rating than this I would
