The biggest mistake my Grandfather ever made was setting up his trust for his family with US Bank. My Grandfather passed away in 4/23 and the trust still isn't closed now 2/11. I understand these things take time, but the lack of communication is half the problem. Our "Advisor" never returns calls, is never in the office, and when she does call us back she is rude and snotty. I tried explaining to her that all they are doing is dragging on the fact that my Poppa has passed.instead of laying my Poppa to rest in my heart I'm to busy fighting with this bank to get things done. This has gone on too long and I might have a little more patience with these people if they had better social skills. I am fed up!
