Payment Plan Ended After One Month, Account Sent to Collections

I am very displeased with my account that I had through Tractor Supply Credit (which is handled by Citi Cards, a division of Citibank). I got behind and called to work out a payment plan. They then said that because one of my checks bounced, I could not get on that payment plan again.
Then they contacted me again and set me up with a universal payment plan at an amount I could afford per month. It went for one month, and then they stopped the program without me knowing and sent my account to NCO Financial Systems for collection. I am very displeased. I feel Citi Cards should have contacted me and explained what was going on. Now I guess I will just deal with the collection agency.
