Requested credit card still not issued after six months

I opened my account and asked for a credit card at the same time. Now it has been 6 months. I have talked with these people 6 times for hours, and it never came to any results. I am still without a credit card.

And they are asking me to apply for a new one, which is very frustrating. They have forced me toward the wall to take some other credit cards.
