Selling damaged products

I bought an overall total of two bands off GemsTV this month (March). The very first band I paid $500.00 for and also the pear-shaped Tanzanite & Stone rock was broken. I delivered it immediatley they returned my charge card. The 2nd band I named and required it for market. I gained, I received it, it'd a severely broken group. Which was back on 3/24/10 to get a whole of $1615.95. Customer support maintains jacking me around informing me five (10) more times about the reimbursement. I named the BBB of Reno, Nevada 4/7/10. I really hope somebody might help me additional that the lawyer. This type of person closing down in a few days.
