REFUND going off the air - 14K aaa Tanzanite & Diamond W. Gold Ring

I can't get GemsTV to refund my purchase of $1615.95 on a Tanzanite & Diamond ring from there auction. At the time of purchase on 3/24/10 order#2792941 Item#66615 they had a money back guarantee. The policy I have states after the item is returned to the warehouse UPS#1Z8E60A69087299466 they will creit your account within five (5) days. So far I keep getting told it will be 10 days more as of 4/6/10. GEMTV is going off the air in less than ten days.
Please help me I saved for that ring for 3 years. I feel like a total victim here I don't think I will be buying anymore high ticket items off the television any more. Oh, I emailed them last night & told them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well noe they wont respond...
