Stone fell out after 3 months!

I noticed a stone in Ketchikan Alaska while on the sail. I named and requested the band after I got house (an expense of $3600 with my industry). They charged my charge card INSTANTLY. They delivered the incorrect bands. The main one I needed was offered so that they attempted another shop in Alaska - no band. They discovered one in Couzumel Mexico and had it delivered which required about 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I'm paying attention for anything I actually donot have plus they had my previous marriage rings like a business. 2 weeks without any bands! I eventually obtain the bands and after a few months a little stone about the left-side of the middle stone dropped out.
