False advertising and sale

I bought a band having a 1.9 carat of AAA Tanzanite. Once the band came the rock was significantly less than 0.8 karat and also the shade was really light also it wasn't AAA. I named the client support plus they refused having it marketed at 1.9 karat (I'd a) which I've to pay for the delivery since I looked over band. I don't trust this supply for almost any jewelry purchases. Joanne
