Quality of diamonds are very very bad

Purchased a tanzanite band at National Swiss Cresta on 4 May delivered it set for resizing visited gather on 9 April went for dinner and that I realized that the tanzanite stone had a processor inside it (APPROXIMATELY I BELIEVED), when I was still in cresta i got it back instantly. The revenue woman was really cheecky and had the audacity to inform me that i bumped it against anything, after fighting together with her for some time she requires it in and informs me in an exceedingly condecending tone the band will delivered back for their provider. Two times later 13-04 she calls me to inform me that it had been not really a break afterall but a downside within the rock and they may change it I'll have my band on friday 16-04 completely intact and measured aswell. Nowadays may be the 22-04 I've simply named and my band continues to be not within the shop it allegedly requires 5 times for resizing. I am embarrassed first they promote me a band that's not as much as standard and today I've to hold back 14 days in order for them to correct their errors. National swiss has often had diamonds and platinum components of the greatest quality it today appears that they're promoting people used, low quality products at unbelievably large prices. Utterly ashamed!!!
