We'd to have a band into be maintained whenever we visited select the band up we noticedthe stone did not appear exactly the same whenever we requested they confirm the sequential number about the stone these were not able to. To create a long history small it's been happening three months and that I still haven't got my band back and that I am very disatisfied using the customer support that adopted this issue obviously I'll not patronize Kay jewler or Sterling Jewlers subsidiraries later on.
