Salesperson lied to me

I visit zales round the end-of feb seeking to up-grade my wedding set-after 22 years of relationship lol. Well I choose a band, Although taking a look at the ring within the shop I noticed a dark dot dead-center. I requested the salesman that which was it she mentioned it had been only a stone birthmark.

I informed her that used to donot need that band. She explained this isn't the band you'd be acquiring because we're investing in a unique purchase in gold. And so I questioned her nicely if this stone seem like this, I dont wish to buy a band I can not notice in advance. She assured me I'd obtain a greater stone. 30 days later the band is available in and whats within the middle a dark dot uhm. I stop the band and visited an area jeweler.
