My partner bought my wedding ring at Helzberg along with a stone kept getting free. We'd consider the band for examination every six months such as the guarantee demands. 8 weeks before among the diamonds dropped off the band, and so I got it towards the shop to displace the rock. The Helzberg salesman explained it'd to be delivered to corporate workplace which it'd have a while, in regards to a month to obtain it back. It has been 8 weeks currently and each time I contact the shop or proceed personally to check on if my band is back they've a lame reason. I'm fed up with their mess.
