Neal Lane Engagement Ring from Kay Jewelers - Neal lane ring

My fiancé purchased a Neal Lane ring Kay Jewlers valued at $4,000 upon estimate from a local jewlers the rings actual value is 2,400. Kay jewlers stated that the diamonds were a high quality upon appraisal at a local jewlery store we were allowed to exam the ring under a very high quality microscope and informed the diamon was a very low quality, and the diamond from Kay does not have a serial number unscripted like most diamonds do from a quality jewler to track the ring incase of theft and insurance purposes and to make sure no jewlers can switch out the stone. Upon on things I have been engaged 8 months since they only keep one size in stock at the store I had to wait 4 months to get the ring in my size from the neal lane factory. Upon reviving my new 2nd ring in my size the ring lost diamonds on the sides due to resizing issues. After I revived the ring back I wore it for 6 weeks and the center stone and aide stones were losse, upon waiting 3 weeks for repairs I got my ring back and wore it for three weeks and know the center prongs that hold the center stone are moving back and forth so I'm off to return it for repair again. Long story short men if you buy a ring for your special gal go to your local reputable jewler that has been around with in house crafting and repair. Do not go to a chain store, in a mall. There are so many other things your fiancé should be planning that spending valuable time constantly in Kay jewlers talking to uneducated people who transferred from the sears store to work at Kay's for a discount. This is such a pain in my A$ thank god I have a warranty. But I have a feeling I will be at the store multiple times a year for the rest of my life: (they have runned my engagment. I wish I could return it and go to a real jewler.
