Repeated repairs on diamond ring

After my mom died, i got area of the cash she quit me and bought a black-diamond band for my child (her only daughter). Which was a bit more than 24 months ago. The ring had a lost stone inside it whenever we bought that they changed once they measured the band. Many months later, exactly the same stone dropped out... On the other hand a couple of months next. Then last December it just happened once more. The Zales connect explained they'd have it mounted right this time around and delivered the band in for restoration. It had been eliminated nearly 8 weeks. We selected the band up along with a week later the stone dropped out again. I've had it! Our child enjoys this band because it originated from her grandmais cash. She wishes the band fixed permanently. The male affiliate in the Stories shop was significantly less than welcoming... Honestly down-right rude... Enjoy it was our problem exactly the same stone kept receding. He's an awful perspective and that I WOn't return and cope with him or Zales again.
