Directv Is the WORST - Do NOT go with them - ALL

I was with Directv for 1 of the 2 year contract. They added the NFL package this past September. I did not want or except it. I called them in October to tell them I did not want and did not order. They said that it is automatically put on your account unless you call before the season starts to cancel. I asked them to cancel it. They told me that it can NOT be done because the season already started. I then requested to cancel my service and muraculously they could cancel it this one time but only on the day that I was cancelling. I declined. Then they charged me a 220.00 cancelation fee. I told them not to use the card on file as I no longer use that account. So what do they do but to pull three different transactions from this account to put it in overdraft after I told them not to use that account.

I would highly suggest to everyone to avoid this company as they will rip you off one way or another and their customer service is horrible.
