The WORST Experience EVER

TV & Radio

My cable messed up over a week ago so I called directv so they had me trouble shoot and since none of it worked I was given the direcpath number (directv is the ONLY choice for cable in our apts).. I had to set up an appointment for today sometime between 1-5pm. It is almost 5:15 and STILL NO TECHNICIAN. The customer service reps must be foreign bc the three times ive called i have had the hardest time understanding them. I don't even see the logic between direcpath and directv... I have directv but direcpath "fixes" things. But that was just the tip of the iceberg, I was LIED TO BY DIRECTV rep about being able to cancel direct kick mls package a few days after I subscribed bc a few days later I called and all of a sudden I was told I couldn't cancel bc we were half way through the season. I spoke to BOTH direcpath AND directv and they BOTH FLAT OUT LIED. So here I am about $65 over my monthly bill ready to give up cable for the next 8 months bc I really HATE DIRECPATH!!! The worst experience I've EVER HAD. Period!!!
