Dishonest company - 29.99 special

I talked with a Direct TV representative and was told that I was to get the special 29.99 fee and that it would be good for two years. Now after the first year it went up to 56.27. I talked to a supervisor and was told i can do nothing about this increase. I know what i was told and even repeated it back several times to this person. Total dishonesty and when my contract is up I am done with them.
