Installation of another outlet

The tech broke 3 appointments to come to our home and hook up another outlet.initially scheduled for a weekend so we wouldn't have to miss work, however they showed up and said they couldn't do it because they didn't want to go up on the ladder in the drizzling rain. We were patient and understanding, they said they'd return first thing at 8A.M. I took off work, sat here waiting, and called again after 10am when still no tech. Finally got a call stating he would arrive no later than 2:30. At 3:30 I finally had reached my limit and called and canceled the installation. I will warn as many as I can to stay away from DirectTV as this isn't the first incident we've had, and customer service does NOTHING to make things right. They seem to make matters worse when you call in!
