No Show Installation, Cancelled Tech Calls - CABLE, INTERNET AND HOME PHONE BUNDLE

Built a house and the neighborhood had Brighthouse as the cable and internet provider. I scheduled a noon - 2pm installation on a Saturday for which nobody showed up. I called customer service about the issue twice and they said they'd get back to me asap. (No one ever called back).

On my 3rd attempt, the automated messaging system now told me my install was between 2-4pm. SPoke to another Customer Service Rep who confirmed the time change. 4pm comes and goes and still no one from the company. (mind you, I've been waiting at my house on a Saturday since 11:30am).

Call back for a 4th time, and someone finally gets a tech to come by at 6:30pm on his way home for the day. He does the install, and a day later, I'm getting around 7 mbps on my "Lightning" download. Give it a full week to see if it improves, but nothing.

I schedule another service call for the following Friday 2-4pm (took a half day of work off) and again they no showed. Called at 5 pm, and the Service Rep said someone would get back to me in 30 minutes. Surprisingly, no one calls. This is honestly the worst Customer Service I have ever been associated with
