I was an existing direct tv customer and requsted my service be moved to my new home. It took (6) installation appointments before a tech showed up to install. I never received any phone calls that I was being rescheduled or given any reason why the appointment was not kept. I called and called numerous times to confirm the installation and was promised it was confirmed. However that was not the case. I waited, stayed home on the weekends and wasted over 20 hours for a direct tv tech to show up. The customer service was pathetic and I was basically called a liar when I was told I did not have an appontment. I think you will see from the notes on my record that this was handled very poorly. I was without tv for over a month for no reason. Finally a tech did show up but without the updated equipment as promised. I want someone to call me to discuss @ 830.562.2277
