Really Bad Service - Fed Ex

I had an international package to be delivered by Fedex. After the first attempt, I had left a signed door tag. However, they still didn't dropped off saying it was international delivery and they don't drop off for it. I had requested to be delivered after 6pm and then was called and notified that it is not possible. I requested for 1pm delivery in turn. I took an hour from my office and came back home to receive the delivery. It didn't come for like 4 hours. I have a day job and this is really annoying service by Fedex. I don't think I would be using it again.
