Roadrunner, got pimped

So about 2 weeks ago i notice my download speed is a bit low so i think about bumping up to the next so i check online to see what else there is. Come to find out i was paying for standard but getting the basic's speed. So i talk to someone online about it so i have my facts straight so she or he tells me to do a speed test on the link they gave me so i do and ta da like a rabbit out of a hat my speed is much better and what it should be but still that does not make up for the over $100.00 i was over charged the past year. So i call the next day and am told a report will be sent off and i will get an email within a week so i wait around 7-12 days nothing so i called today. And after let me say 2-4 hrs of being lead around like a cat with string come to find out they say my speed was never that low and there is no record of them sending a report or changing anything when i talked to the person online. So fantastic job timewarner at pimping me and making me feel stupid and turning everything in the long run in your favor so i could be made out to be a lier so keep on pimping TWC keep on pimping us all. Sorry for the bad spelling or grammer im just very mad that nothing will be done but i will find something i can do. Aswell great job at the disconnected number i was given to call to credit my account. Have a good day everyone
