Dial Up Connection is faster than this 'high speed' interest - Time warner cable internet

Download speed of 30kbps. Dial Up is 56.6kbps. Spent 3 hours on the phone with their techs... Tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, all useless and have me do same basic time wasting shit over and over again (reboot, ping test, speed test, etc)

Finally got to have someone come out and do physical inspection, but not available for 2 days (but i am still paying for these two days!!!).

Also, during initial set up, dumb techie cut off our neighbor's DirecTV cable (dont know why... Maybe he is just not capable).

Can't even shop for ATT service (no internet so cannot search - not sure if they are any better).

If you have internet speed problem, just tell them to send someone over (as talking on the phone just does not do anything and wastes your time).

Seriously, it is a hit or miss with this 'high speed' internet that every company advertises.
