False advertising - meaningless contracts - fios bundle

Verizon Fios marketing is purposefully confusing and misleading. If you sign up for Fios be prepared to pay for hidden and undisclosed fees and charges. Even though I have a 2 yr contract they can still raise the monthly charges. I guess I have a contract with them but they don't have one with me! The reason I asked for a 2 yr contract because I foolishly thought I would be locking in a stable price. But that is not the case. There is no advantage to the customer for having a contract so don't have one. Verizon is a classic example of a company that make money through tricks and traps rather than providing a decent product at a decent price.
