Charged for Pay-Per-View Movie Lost to Rain Outage

Okay so I rented a movie on ppv because it was supposed to be a terrible rainy day so I said why not watch movies all day with the kids so we did and as soon as it started to even like drizzle some rain the tv went out and said searching for signal it was barely even raining what am I supposed to do and it rained all day so the tv was out all day and then at the end of the month they billed me for the movie i could even watch this is a terrible network don't get it if ur somewhere where it rains (cause ur screwed) thinking i might switch to dish again they were always good
