Per my phone request Customer Service revised my bundled service to include HD channels. I had been paying for an HD receiver for 12 months before this request. It was an add'l $10/mo for the HD revisions. No mention of a contract extension. Then letter stating activity change and extension of Verizon contract for FIOS. I called Customer Service and guess what, they can't drop the contract revision, they can't drop the HD channel change, they can't put my plan back to where it had been for 18 months. BS! I hate Verizon, they lie, practice non-disclosure, and penalize by locking you in with termination fees. I thought monopolies were outlawed.
