Worst comstomer care - Windstream High Speed Internet

Currently, I have a 12m HS with windstream and want to swtich to Merge package. I followed their instruction link to upgrade my service and received an email for further information. Later, I received another email saying I am not qualified for the package. Here are few things that bother me.

First, their web allowed me to do the upgrade. But their customer service denied that, and said that was a mistake. That second is about the pricing, their web say $44.99 for 12m pseed and nerver goes up, but their customer rep said it is good for 12 months only.

Based on my experiences with their customer service - serveral times, Windstream probably has the worst customer care for the similar size companies. If you have choice, simply don't use Windstream, go somewhere else. I am ready to leave!

Windstream / Nuvox did not close my account and kept billing me
