Windstream subscriber review

I have had 4 isp's in the past and windstream is the worst by far. I pay for 6 mb and doing good to get 1. I have called customer service so much, i have memorized the phone#. They send techs out but they can't do anything. I live in a rural area where windstream is the only game in town. The other night the service was down for maintenance, was supposed to be back up at a certain time, but was two hours later before i could get online. I was hoping they were upgrading the equipment but i was only fooling myself. It's as slow as it ever was. I hope windsteam reads this because i can't be the only subsciber feed up with paying for one thing and getting something else.
