I have been paying for the $60 platinum package (6mbps) for the last 3 weeks. For three weeks i have had to use speedtest religiously, because i could not believe what i was seening. I understand during peak hours i will see a significant drop in MBPS but i was pulling. 05MBPS for two weekends in a row. The fastest speed i ever had was about 3.5MBPS. Typically i cant get more than. 5MBPS until after 10PM. Im furious that im paying $60 for a horrible service. I have called customer service multiple times, and all they do is apologize. They told me they would call me in 48 hours with a solution... Nothing... I just called to cancel my service with them and they begged me not to leave. They should have been professional and actually called me back with a solution. Dont waste your time if you live ANYWHERE in Florida with this service. They are absolutely terrible
