Otelco, severe uptime issues on internet

Internet is constantly out. Tech support is useless and tends not to open a ticket when you call. Normally, I have to go in to report an outage which is at least once a month. If your internet goes out on Friday, you're out of luck until Monday. They are the most clueless ISP I have ever seen.
