Planet Fitness smell and restricted machines

This Planet Fitness location seems to be older than my home location at Fashion Square Mall. The Sausalito location has a distinct smell of urine throughout the club. This morning after working through the smell I looked for a specific leg machine throughout the gym. The only one was within the 30 minute circuit training. There were several people on the circuit but the closest woman was two machines ahead of the one I needed, so I had time to do a single set of 15 and get out of her way before it was her turn. The woman flagged down an employee who told me I had to start at the beginning of the circuit or not use it at all. He said they were really cracking down on the problem. I complained that I wouldn't use it if there was a similar machine outside the circuit. He seemed semi-sympathetic but he could only ask me to leave the machine. I told him I would just use my home club, despite Sausalito being closer to my home.
