I have had internet service with windstream for about 4 months. My internet connections drops at least a minumum of 5 times a day, somethimes more. I have talked to tech support and they can give me no satisfaction as to why this is happening. They claim the drops are not showing on their system. I asked for a service tech to come to my home to check the lines—that was totally ignored by tech support. Tech support promised to keep "a eye on my account" and told me they would call me back with the results. No one ever did.
I just want internet service that does not drop service on a dail basis. I want what I paid for.
