Worst Customer Service Ever!

We had our service cut off so we called customer service to find out why. They referred us to a number in the Identity Theft department and said they couldn't tell us anything. We called that number for 2 and a half weeks with no answer every time. We left voicemails that were never returned, we called the hotline and got no where and then resorted to calling customer service which still could not tell us anything. The supervisors are not anymore help then the reps and they couldn't or wouldn't give any answers or solutions. They couldn't even give us a number for anyone else in the identity theft department. Horrible company and they expect us to pay the cancellation fee, OUTRAGEOUS! Never, NEVER enter into a contract with this company.
