I have been with Directv for many years and I have been loyal despite their rising prices and hidden fees. We were offered a free extra box a months ago, we didn't need it so we declined the offer. Now that we need the box they want to charge us $200. Umm no. Not only am I not being treated like a valued customer, they arn't even trying to help my situation. All I am being told is that they can't help and basically that they DON'T CARE. So then I found out that they messed up on my bill somehow and thought that I owed over 500 dollars (it's been fixed but is still annoying)! And anything you try to change or add makes a 2 year contract restart. I am fed up with Directv. Don't use them. I am going to let people in our tight nit community not to trust this company, along with our friends and family. I think it's time to spread the word about how awful directv is and start turning people on to netflix and hulu instead. I'll start by reviewing them everywhere possible, I suggest you follow my lead.
