Worst connection on the planet

I've had windstream for about a month now, and the connections fails 3 times or more a day. Customer service don't know anything about your account and they tell you to contact business portion. Since the tech support cant find your account. I'm sick of paying for their service. I'm done with them, going to cancel their service.
