HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE - Internet Service

I have had internet service with windstream in the Lancaster, Pa area for about four months, My interenet service drops at least 4 to five times a day. I called tech suport and was told that the drops do not appear on their system. They replaced the modem several times but that did not resolve the problem. I asked for a repair person to come out to my home to check the lines but that was ignored by tech support. They told me that they would monitor my account and call me back with the results. That never happened. I feel the I have been ripped off by Windstream and I feel that I am not getting what I pay for as promised by windstream before i signed up for the service. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to file a complaint with the FCC and any other organization that would help victims of windstream get what they padi for.
