We have a business account with Windstream. After we moved they informed us we were not in their servive area, but we could utilize their service to forward calls to a new number. Not so easy. First we were told we were not authorized on the account and needed to send in letter head stating that we were the owners and the only ones authorized at all. Then we were told we had to give them 30 days notice and that turned into sending them verification that we were no longer at that address. This has been going on for months. I just learned that once again we are not authorized to change anything. They need the same letter again. Every person has different story and they continue to get money from us for a place we are not at. They also have that ridiculous voice contract for 3 years that we did not agree to. The other location was temporary. AMAZING how voice is good enough to get youir money but they will not accept anything to keep from getting it.
