I guess my promo pricing had changed/expired for double play internet and cable... But the CSR a few months agso said i was good for 2 years at the price i was at... I gues she was wrong. Also it doesnt say anywhere on the monthly bill when any price expires. Or the length of the promo pricing... So i call. Cant talk to anyone at nite time. So i go on the online chat... 3 HOURS!!! Li was on the caht, got disconnected once... And i tried to upgrade to triple play (include the voice).. But they are not willing to give me the 2 year price as listed on their website for "new customers" what about me the LOYAL already a customer... Plus the price doesn't include cable boxes... How can u use the service w/o a cable box? Scam! Andf they will not budge on the price... 3hrs wasted of my life! I am pissed... And now i have to call them... And cancel all my service... Which at that point they will cave inb and give me a deal... But what a WASTE of my time... Its BS... They suck!
