Cheater Company

Dish will add packages without u knowing and bill you.
I added a channel online and then after 10 days I cancelled online, so I should be billed for 10 days or 1 whole month.
I noticed that dish kept charging me for 3 months ($90), I called up and they said they do not have my cancellation. Their system is designed to rip you off, may be they do not want people to cancel it. I fought with them and they gave me credit of $7 only. Please do not sign up for dish.

Another instance, I called Dish to subscribe for cricket match pay per view $49 and without telling me they added HBO which I never noticed. I called them and they said you asked for me. What a cheater company. They did not refund.

Conclusion: Do not believe them, they say something and do something that brings them revenue, they say we will be happy to cancel your service just pay 300 early termination fee. They know that customer has to pay one or the other way. They mis-use under legal shelter. If they were in any asian country people will throw stone on their offices and break into. Good luck because they are sheltered by law and law is designed to protect them, no one has time fight for 90$. Dish knows this very well. It is worth for them to rip off like this.
