Unresolved Year-Old Protection Plan Dispute After Long Loyalty

Well just got off the phone after spending another 30 min or so being shifted around from hither and yon. Bottom line, nothing was resolved on an issue over a year old and I still am being told that there are "conditions " that have to be followed when using the protection plan that I pay a monthly fee for. Is there anyone at DTV who can solve this situation for me??? Service used to be excellent, seems growing up did not benefit DTV, it worsened it!!!
