Stole Money from my Checking account

April 7th Directv Took $469.96 from my bank account today. I woke up to shock. Used to do not approve this. I had been informed that I did so by signing my agreement. Truly what agreement? They explained to see the agreement.

We do not have one. We've not had one in more than 4 decades! Why-don't you deliver me a duplicate of the agreement I closed along with you? No solution... Why since you do not have one. They explained the costs where for my late charge? Well, truly you switched off my Television in Jan why have you been getting me through March? Dead silence. I had been about the telephone from 8:30am till after 5pm this very day. I spoke till I had been orange within the experience. Repeated my account 11 times. To no avail. Requested for boss after boss no chance. They keep you from these men.

I told them to interrupt it along for me personally. The costs were for that late charge and also the gear. Truly, the gear I purchased at Bestbuy in 2004? Why have you been getting me for gear that I purchased and own. They stated, since you have now been renting it. No, I've not, I purchased at-best purchase to prevent the rent costs. Well, whenever you improved the gear you had been renting them. Truly since that's not what your salesperson explained. I had been informed that I'd to update to get all the satellite stations that my outdated gear wouldn't function. I had been informed there could be no agreement with no rent simply an update towards the gear. Why was I lied to? Well, they stated should you create a bill on that gear then we shall return you the cash. Really? Would you maintain bills from 6 years back? Stop...

There is really no response. Used to do not provide them with agreement to draw from my consideration by any means design or type.
