In August of we started experiencing issues with DirecTV’s support and gear. A DirecTV consultant directed us to-go through many methods and unearthed that the recipient was poor. She stated she'd deliver a brand new one at ‘no charge.’ When The new recipient was mounted, we nevertheless experienced difficulties. Next, the DirecTV consultant sent a technician to solve the issues. Again, the DirecTV consultant insisted there could be free to get a support phone.

The actual kicker is, (1) we've been DirecTV devoted clients for roughly five decades which means this isn’t a ‘NEW’ support; (2) we've never authorized or verbally decided to any contract and (3) never once has some of DirecTV reps suggested or mentioned by initiating the brand new recipient and/or perhaps a fresh card might we be accepting to some new agreement.

It's our firm opinion that people aren't under any real or implied agreement with DirecTV, we've delivered all the DirecTV gear, have compensated entirely all funds owed DirecTV and having been a person in excellent position for several years we're under no-obligation or agreement (intended or else) to pay for the $147.86 for eliminating the DirecTV support.

In the end of the stress, etc., they're threatening to damage our credit score by putting the statement having a collection company.
