Efund of monies due

I'm a handicapped senior dwelling on the fixed-income. Following a year of poor service, phony costs, etc I terminated my DirecTV service. I informed them 14 days ahead of time. The containers for returning the gear came 14 days following the termination and were broken. I called DirecTV and questioned when they desired their gear delivered in broken containers. They stated no and might send new containers. I had been outoftown within the vacations so when I delivered I came across the containers and delivered them exactly the same time. DirecTV obtained their gear back about the 21st subsequently about the 23rd they required the gear cost out-of my banking account without agreement. Today it is over per month later but still they'venot delivered my income. I can't manage to hold back any more. I have named and spoken with many people, all of whom has EXPEDITED the reimbursement... NOT!!! I intend on processing a using the BBB and informing the neighborhood Television & Radio. That is absurd. They dedicated fraud once they charged me for gear they currently had within their ownership and had previously "recorded" to their program. I'll never conduct business together again and that I recommend everyone to stay away also.
