Absolute thievery and fraud

I'd been with Strong TV for quite some time (about 7 or 8 years) so that as they mentioned I usually purchased my gear from then.in regards to a year-ago I "purchased" an HD-DVR for around 300.00. After I discovered I had been receiving charged a rent charge of 4.99 mo. I believed "oh this really is another error", as previously once they were getting me once they should not since I'd bought not Rented my gear. After I named directly into correct the problem I had been informed no used to do not purchase this device for $300.00 I rented!!! I stated who within their proper brain might spend to rent anything for 300.00 4.99 per month. I told the repetition to appear and find out that I usually buy. I had been informed in those days they no further market gear they just rent. I expected her to exhibit me wherever I closed stating I rented this gear. She explained it had been about the paperwork I closed when it had been mounted (with a business, who incidentally required my previous recipient that I POSSESSED plus they drained to cost me for this recipient also). I informed her it mentioned nothing about the paperwork about rental. Fast-forward many months and that I chose to stop my support because the HD-DVR never worked all of the period. After I visited stop they charged me over 100.00 for that remaining rent they claim I registered for at 4.99 or 5.99 a mo. (it changes randomly) additionally they explained I'd to come back the HD DVR. After I advised them that I purchased and also to show-me wherever I closed the repetition. They explained there is a label about the container!!! Because when does a label about the container represent a binding agreement???!!

I told them I'd not return till they demonstrated in my experience that I closed anything declaring I rented a bit of gear for 300.00 (gear I observe on advertisement free of charge constantly).

Being that they're Primary TV and certainly will do something they need and damage my credit they today required that I currently spend over $500.00 for this HD-DVR!!! Or they'd record me to credit companies. I went forward and return while I work out how to combat them. Since I've delivered the gear I've now gotten another statement for DUTY!!! For that quantity of $38.78!!! This really is complete robbery and scam!!
