Direct Tv has terrible customer service! I had cable with them for over a year and decided to cancel my service. At the time of cancelling the customer service representative did not tell me that there was an early cancellation fee. I would not have cancelled had I known this. About a week later I receive a bill with the $120 early cancellation fee and then realized a few days later that they had billed my credit card that I had used previously for a ONE TIME payment without my authorization! I then contacted them to complain about this and they did nothing... Held for a supervisor for 20 minutes and then he hung up on me! DO NOT sign up with them! They are terrible!!
