I've ended up putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - but I've gone through so much hassle. We had terrible service from the start. We were without tv service for at least 2 weeks during the time we had service (about 10 months). They sent someone out but service was never completely fixed. We called three times but they never offered money off of our bill for missed service. Finally, I decided to cancel and they are charging a cancellation fee saying that we signed 3 year contract. I was NOT told about the contract or the cancellation fee up front. Also, when I called to cancel then they offered money off the bill for missed service - if we would continue service - showing that they could have done that all along. I asked to speak with a manager they put me on hold for a long time. I finally gave up and they promised a manager would contact me via email - which of course, they never did.
They responded to this complaint through the BBB saying that they had resolved our issues - clearly, they had not! They also ended up billing us for four extra days (they cut our service early). I know other people who have had horrible service through them and terrible customer service. Buyer beware!!!
