Professional Installer Mounted Dish on Roof and Tested 4 TVs

I have been a Comcast cable subscriber for over 20 years. I have had tv internet and phone service with them for years. Recently my children have moved out college etc. I tried to work with Comcast to lower my bill but were unable to come to an agreement. I decided to give direct tv a try. Soon after I signed up and scheduled an installation i read some my very disheartening reviews. We had our direct tv installed by total media installations east hartford ct. They were scheduled between 8am and 12noon we got a call at 830am that the tech would be here between 10 and 12n I thought "here we go"". Instead a very professional installer arrived at 940am he installed the dish on our roof showed us a signal strength of 95-100% connected our 4 hd tv's and tested our tvs showed us how to use everything. It was a pleasure doing business with total media installations. Bill
