Better than i expected

I have been a comcast cable subscriber for over 20 years. Ihave had tv internet and phone service with them for years. Recently my children have moved out college etc. I tried to work with comcast to lower my bill but were unable to come to an agreement. I decided to give direct tv a try. Soon after i signed up and scheduled an installation i read some my very disheartening reviews. We had our direct tv installed by total media installations east hartford ct. They were scheduled between 8am and 12noon we got a call at 830am that the tech would be here between 10 and 12n i thought "here we go".instead a very professional installer arrived at 940am he installed the dish on our roof showed us a signal strength of 95-100% connected our 4 hd tv's and tested our tvs showed us how to use everything. It was a pleasure doing business with total media installations. Bill
