A DVD was ordered and not recv'd. Before Christmas

I requested DVD, Suppress your Excitement the week before Christmas like a present for my boy, It's the week after Chrisstmas and containsnot come also it was to become prior to the vacation. I'venot noticed a term however, and my Charge Card #was obtained and pd. For. It's been settled. It had been to be always a present and really should have now been within 3 times before Christmas. I want help have it in my experience.
